Founded in 2008, HRC Culinary Academy is the premier culinary school in Eastern Europe. The academy has more than 300 full-time students from 18 countries worldwide.
Culinary Arts Degree Program
HRC Academy offers a 2-year program in Culinary Arts and a 3-semester program in Food & Beverage (F&B) Management developed by educational and industry leaders. The program is taught entirely in English by international chef instructors.
Preparation for an International Career
Students get the chance to explore Bulgaria, Western Europe, and the USA in the duration of the program. They also get the opportunity to take on paid internships in some of the finest hotels and restaurants all over the world to prepare them for an international career as a chef.
The culinary program is internationally accredited by the American Culinary Foundation. The culinary program of HRC Academy is so outstanding that they guarantee that graduates will be able to find a job within 6 months after graduation.
The HRC Foundation runs a scholarship program that grants students up to EUR 1,000 (~PHP 60,000) per year to financially support students with their studies.
Other Courses and Classes
The HRC Academy also offers different courses and classes related to the culinary industry such as Food Photography & Styling and a 7-week professional certificate course in Pastry & Bakery. Students can also enroll in an Entrepreneurship Professional Bachelor’s Degree in the Food and Beverage Industry, in partnership with College of Management, Trade & Marketing (MT&M).
